New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The garden is large, with 2 garden ponds and 3 terraces, where there is room for everyone. The house is very suitable for active families with children. There are plenty of toys, games and bicycles, a large trampoline for the children and a fire pit. The house is located on a quiet, closed road down to Lammefjorden, only 2 houses away from the water. Located in Kisserup Strand, which is about a 45-minute drive from Copenhagen.

There is only a 7-minute walk down to the beach, which offers a swimming pier, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset. The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. You can walk around Røsnæs, experience the historic lighthouse Røsnæs Fyr and visit the area's many wineries.

This spacious, and homely holiday house is filled with charm, personality, and plenty of room -also for larger families. The garden is large and child-friendly, featuring a sunken trampoline, outdoor furniture, a sunshade, loungers, and a 40 sqm terrace with covered sections and a heating lamp. The house is full of warmth, art, and quirky décor that has been collected and created over the years. It’s a place with true character, and we hope it sets the stage for many wonderful memories for you.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

The reason is hilly with tall trees and a large shelter for free use. This home caters for those of you who like nature, peace and quiet. About 2 km to stone beach with bathing jetty.

Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 pers respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are table tennis tables, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 almost goes right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.
