The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Her får du ægte ferie-luksus med både pool, sauna og udebruser – perfekt til både varme sommerdage og hyggelige aftener året rundt. Bemærk poolen har en dybde på 180 cm ✨ 10 minutters gang fra stranden

Dejligt, stort sommerhus med indendørs sauna og et aktivitetsrum. Ferieboligen er på 150 m² og er bygget i år 2020. Ferieboligen er beliggende på en 1260 m² stor havegrund. Der er 1000 m til havet og dejlig strand. Nærmeste forretning er beliggende i en afstand af 2500 m. Prisen er ekskl. strøm og vandforbrug. Strømpris: 5 dkr. pr. kWh. Pris for vand: 90 dkr. pr. m3 Huset er fuld opvarmet med gulvvarme. Ingen udlejning til ungdomsgrupper, hvor alle er 15-25 år.

The Malerhaus Eisnebel opens up completely new holiday possibilities with the Malerhaus Nebeltreiben next door. Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. A fireplace, sauna and spacious terrace with a teak seating area and private sunbathing area are just some of the feel-good oases in this wonderful painter's house.

Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.
