Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

There are 3 sofa beds in the living room. It’s possible to drive by the metro directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment. You can also rent bicycles right next to the apartment.

Cozy Studio in Copenhagen close to the Lakes

The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
