Den er 4,4 m2, isoleret med el og varme, der er te-køkken og en sovesofa, som kan slås ud til en 123 cm bred/ 190 cm lang seng med god madras. Der er to terrasser til hytten - én udenfor og én ovenpå. Der findes rindende vand udenfor hytten og nede er der et campingtoilet med håndvask. Stueetagen (ground floor) er til ankomst, ophold og spisning. 1. sal (2nd floor) er godt isoleret med nye vinduer, og etagen består af 2 soveværelser og en mellemgang med sofa og TV. Soveværelse 1 består af to enkeltsenge, som kan flyttes sammen på anmodning. Soveværelse 2 består af to enkeltsenge. Der er desuden luftmadras og babyseng på anmodning. Spærret i september 2025.
