New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Large and spacious villa with plenty of space both inside and outside for the whole family. There is a large kitchen area. From the kitchen you can go out on a large terrace where there is the opportunity to sit and eat and enjoy the view. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and wardrobes. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. In addition, a playroom and two living rooms. It is 7 km to Slagelse and 4 km to the highway where you can quickly get to Copenhagen, Funen and Jutland.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Enjoy your holiday in our lovely summerhouse, located only 50 meters from quiet, child-friendly beach. The house has a large living room with access to the south and west facing terrace, bedroom with double bed, children's room with two beds, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a shower/toilet. The house is suitable for the family with one or two children. In the garden you will find swings, football goals and an annex with various toys (fishing nets, sanding, etc.). Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild game and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
