Unser einfaches, rustikales Häuschen mit Gas-Warm-Wasser-Dusche, Trockentrenntoilette und Kochgelegenheit verfügt durch die Dämmung mit Hanf und Lehm über ein besonders gutes Schlafklima. Eine Heizung gibt es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht. Bei Interesse könnt ihr Tischtennis spielen, Federball spielen oder einfach nur in Schatten oder Sonne entspannen.

Spend your vacation in this charming little community around Hohen Neuendorf and Birkenwerder & combine the charm and tranquility of a recreational area, as Bergfelde was in the past, with the advantages of the proximity of a world city, as Bergfelde as a suburb of Berlin has a direct S-Bahn connection and from here Berlin is quickly accessible by car.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Like an island, our property (an extension) is located between two villages in a beautiful, quiet location. Many seating options on the large property invite you to linger and relax. You feel far away and yet very close to the edge of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park with its many lakes, beautiful landscape and various recreational opportunities. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be from May to September.

Nestled in the idyllic ambiance of a small, charming village with only 300 inhabitants, this residential studio of renowned artist Bettina Krieg offers a perfect combination of art, architecture and rural tranquility. The Barn is part of a lively neighborhood and is not isolated.

Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.

In our fantastic apartments, in the middle of the valuable and species-rich Linum pond landscape, you will escape from everyday life.
