The listed building UsedomTor 1750 was built in the 18th century and extensively renovated and restored in the last decade. Thus, beautiful bright and spacious rooms have been created, which is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. In the bedroom there are two single beds, which are either together.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

There is a studio apartment(35 square meters) with a fold-out sofa for two people(120 cm). Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine (costs extra). Towels and bed linen are available. The check-in time can always be arranged in person, please let me know in advance. The apartment is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
