In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Charming rustic small attic apartment (54 square meters) with two bedrooms (1 double bed 1.40 m wide (if you still love each other), a single bed convertible to double bed 80/1.60 (if not), a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room await you. The house is located on the western outskirts in the Badenstedt district, in the middle of an old residential area. All utilities are within walking distance. To the city 15 min. by U-Bahn [subway], to the fair 45 min./ by car 25 min.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The attic apartment has a living area incl. Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.

The property is located in a quiet location in the center of Sarstedt. The train station is 5 minutes walk away and offers several connections per hour: - Hannover (12 min.) - Messe/Laatzen (6 min.) - Hannover Airport (37 min.) - Hildesheim Hbf (12 min.). The tram station in the direction of Hanover/Langenhagen is only 10 minutes walk away.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
