My apt is very central.The train can be reached in 5 minutes, to the fair takes about 15 min.In 15 min walk you reach the city center, you can of course also take the train (2 stops).In the area there are supermarkets and nice restaurants.I am happy to give tips

Cozy rear house in the grass roof settlement in Hanover Bothfeld for up to 6 people. Not far from nature conservation and local recreation areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in the city center in 15 minutes. The house is about 45 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), a living room with a dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via the kitchen as well as the bathroom.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
