Cozy 1 room apartment in the rear courtyard with kitchen and bathroom. View of the courtyard garden. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).
