A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

The Havinghus Uppe offers space for 6 people on approx. 100 square meters and has a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a bathtub. In addition, two parking spaces are available. After a busy day of vacationing, find peace and relaxation amidst a unique natural landscape.

Vacation at Friedensberg in Sellin.

Located directly at the Friedensberg spa park, quiet and idyllic. The main beach with dog beach, numerous restaurants and the Treppenbäcker are very close. It is only 150 meters to the children's playground. The EDEKA market is 1.3 km away. Aldi, Lidl & Co. can be reached in a few minutes by car or you can use the Bäderbahn, free of charge with the spa card. Ideal starting point for hikes or bike trips in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.

Romantische 2-Raumwohnung mit Terrasse - 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Sonnenterrasse, 2 Fernseher, am Kurpark von Binz. Nur wenige Schritte von der Fußgängerzone & Strand entfernt. Ideal für eine Kurzreise oder längeren Aufenthalt. 1-2 Personen (+Baby möglich). + 1 kleiner Hund ist herzlich Willkommen. Mehr Platz nötig - dann bucht meine neues 3-Raum Appartement "Sea Breeze" No. 6 in der Villa Chloe mit 80 qm, 2 Schlafzimmern & tollen Balkon.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level.
