Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferien-Suite in ruhiger Lage im Berliner Südosten, direkt am Wald, der zum Spazierengehen oder Radfahren einlädt. Baden könnt ihr an einem nahen Privatstrand. Sie ist mit S- und Straßenbahn gut zu erreichen. Ein Frühstück bieten wir optional an. Welcome to our cosy holiday suite in southeast Berlin next to a forest fantastic for walks and cycling. You can also take a swim from a nearby private beach. Berlin's public transport is close by. Breakfast is optional.

Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Welcome to the suburban oasis! With us, recreation and quality are of utmost importance. When you enter our lovingly furnished apartment, you will find everything for a wonderful stay. A cozy queen size bed for restful sleep, enough storage space for clothes, a modern kitchenette with Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle as well as enough dishes for two people (without cooking facilities) & a bathroom with floor-level shower complete the apartment.

Large enclosed living area (1 room with bathroom) in a detached house on the 2nd floor, with bathroom, kitchen area and large terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and is about 60 m ² in size. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.

Enjoy our quiet accommodation near the forest and water; perfect to relax and unwind. The accommodations are each fully equipped, with kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV and a small outdoor area. Bed linen, towels, etc. are of course also provided. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

We rent a furnished guest apartment in a separate house on the 1st floor on our property. The garden is private. The apartment is located near the lake, where there is a great playground and near Berlinn. The connection by public transport is good.

We are renting out separate, modernly decorated small house in the garden of a historic fishermen´s house. It is on the Köpenick old town island, directly on the Spree. Docking for boats, bike parking spots, good transit connection.
