Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Guesthouse near the sea

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot, separate from the main house, is rented for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment for cooking simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom, but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Promenadavstånd till kritvita stränder och Ljunghusens golfklubb. Ni har hela gästhuset för er själva! Gästhuset är ca 20 kvm stort och har ett pentry samt badrum. Rummet har en queen-size kontinentalsäng samt bäddsoffa. AC, Wi-Fi och TV finns. I pentryt finns kyl, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och brödrost. Tillgång till uteplats i sydväst läge. Möjlighet finns att låna två cyklar för härliga utflykter till restaurang/ICA (ca 1 km), Skanör/Falsterbo (ca 6 km) och Höllviken (ca 4 km).

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Welcome to our fantastic cozy cottage, Björkhaga Cottage. The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet leafy green area. 5 min from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit amazing Måklộ. Here our guests are well received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Biking distance to Anna’s bakery for local delights or grocery shopping at ICA. Animals are welcome!

A newly built cottage with 30 sqm on the lower floor and two sleeping lofts on the upper floor. The sleeping loft has a ceiling height of 180 cm at the end of the foot. The cottage is bright, modern with thoughtful touches. When you get here, the beds are made and towels are included. Here are all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. It is very close to the marina and close to the beach.
