Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Spacious, light-flooded & absolutely quiet architectural house with large garden about 15 min. from downtown Lübeck in the old fishing village of Schlutup. For relaxing, feeling good, finding peace or creative work just as suitable as a starting point for Baltic Sea trips (eg Travemünde) or trips to Lübeck (UNESCO World Heritage). Walking distance: outdoor swimming pool, trave, supermarket, supermarket, organic baker, border museum, etc. Enough privacy through three bedrooms. Terrace for 12 people.

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

The Baltic Sea coast (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Plöner See, Karl May Festival Bad Segeberg) are only 16 to 22 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. Own bus stop at the farm. Lübeck, Bad Segeberg, Plön or Eutin are nearby. Surroundings with lakes invite you to cycle and hike. Cabin ideal for 1 to 2 people. Pets allowed!

Ostseenah - Frida country house

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. Please always announce commercial photography and filming!

As part of a two-family house, this apartment is small but cozy. Its 35 square meters include a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a spacious shower. The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee. Beds are freshly made and towels are provided.
