Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lübeck

Despite the rain, we had a great long weekend with the family. Everyone had their retreat. We met in the garden gazebo or in the house by the fireplace. There were 9 of us. The house has a lot of charm. Cozy beds. We didn't miss anything. We'll be happy to come back.

We were here with our 2 small children and especially enjoyed the peace and relaxation. We really liked the view from the terrace and the living area to the lake. The children had toys in the children's room and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom & co. Despite the rain, there were great excursion destinations for families nearby and it is only a few minutes' drive to the beach. Thank you for the beautiful, relaxing stay and the cozy "short-term home"!

The accommodation has a very nice and quickly heating sauna, which can be used spontaneously and without long planning. In addition, there is a large quiet garden - perfect for reading and resting or for making a campfire. The proximity to Lübeck and Schwerin is great to take a day trip. :) The only drawback is that it gets quite bright in the sleeping area, especially because there is a skylight in the east direction. A way to darken would be desirable here. Otherwise, it should also be mentioned that the surroundings with the lakes are really beautiful and you can also watch (wild)animals there very well. Hosts Scarlett and Robert are also happy to lend you binoculars and give you tips.😊

We enjoyed the stay in Sonja's beautiful accommodation and the tranquility. The location and the garden are fantastic! Every now and then, even a wild "house rabbit" hops by. The rooms are very cozy, extremely clean and well equipped. For our little daughter (18 months), the children's room was optimal. Games are also available, and there is a swing in the garden. Sonja is also a very warm, courteous and child-friendly host! The fact that she provided us with a handcart for transporting our luggage for the short distance from the car to the house is just one small example of her helpfulness. We immediately felt welcome and at home. We will definitely be happy to come back!! :)

This beautiful location is in the middle of paradise, we had a very nice time and our dog enjoyed the garden & the surroundings very much. Perfect for winding down. The kitchen is super equipped, small details like spices, oil & coffee were also on site. The neighbors there in the village were also all super friendly. Justine was always available and very friendly. Would definitely come back. :)

We were allowed to spend a few days in Jules house and enjoyed it very much. The surrounding area is very beautiful, rural and quiet! The house offers a lot of comfort, has a large garden, which was perfect for our kids! We can definitely recommend this house! Thank you for a great break!

We had a very nice stay at Christopher's place. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. Communication and check-in were very straightforward. We will be happy to come back. :)

We felt very comfortable with Gesine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and excellently equipped. There are many great things for babies and children (crib, bed rail, high chair, toys for indoors & outdoors, etc.). Dogs are also taken care of. The location close to the beach, beach bar and harbor is great. The dog beach is also very easy to reach on foot. We'll be back!

We had a lovely long weekend at Kirsten's place. The sleeping situation was flexibly adapted to our wishes with a toddler and the included entrance to Filippo's adventure garden was also great. With the large amount of space, we can imagine coming back together with another family!

We had a great week at Stefan's. The apartment was cozy, very clean and perfect for two people, with everything you need. We especially liked the fireplace😍, the proximity to the beach and the absolute tranquility – we slept wonderfully thanks to the lack of traffic. Stefan is a great host, whom we are happy to recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We can honestly describe the accommodation as the most lovingly furnished accommodation we have ever stayed in on Airbnb. We really lacked nothing, on the contrary: great seating, relaxed lounge chairs in the garden, a well-equipped kitchen, sensibly developed bathrooms with motion detectors for the night... A truly unique, cozy and absolutely idyllic find is available to rent here. The owner Torsten is extremely friendly and accommodating and even offered us a late checkout at no extra charge - so far unique for us. We can and want to give a clear 200% recommendation here! :-)

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

Very nice, maritime tastefully furnished apartment! Top location overlooking the inland lake and partly North Sea. Bakeries and shops to stroll around, restaurants, right around the corner. The two balconies made it possible to sit in the sun both in the morning and in the afternoon. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the apartment, and the uncomplicated service at check-in and check-out. It was all hassle-free and very understandable. We had a very relaxing weekend and can fully recommend the apartment!

We had a wonderful few days at Martin's place. Everything was very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is great, quiet and yet well connected. Martin was a very friendly and helpful host who made the stay completely pleasant. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend it!

Stefans place is great. Accommodation is very large and private and very peaceful clean and well equipped . The home has everything you need for long and short stay and it's lovely to be able to sit out in garden and relax in the evening. The property is 2 minutes drive to groceries stores and resturants and great location for anyone who does not want to be in the center of Hamburg but easy to reach in 23 minutes by car and local train and bus also available near by . Stefan is always available and very friendly and you need anything he always responds fast. I definitely recommend Stefans property and it feels like being at home away from home and really beautiful home. Thank Stefan for everything Will definitely come back again if in Hamburg.

We have enjoyed the house and surroundings very much. The house is wonderfully spacious and bright with a nice garden. The area is green and quiet, city and beach are also easy to reach. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful wellness weekend with the girls in this fantastic house! We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful outdoor area, which together with the hot tub created a really relaxed atmosphere. The sauna was also a real highlight. The bedrooms are super nice and cozy, and the whole house is modern and lovingly designed – you immediately feel at home. The short way to the beach is perfect for walks. The only small drawback: Shopping is a little further away. But for that, the great house always compensates! Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

The house is a great place to spend a relaxing vacation with many friends or the extended family. The house is so big that you don't even notice that there are 12 people there. And when everyone does come together to eat, there is still room for everyone at the huge dining table. The furnishings are extremely stylish. I travel home inspired.

A very quiet but centrally located holiday home. We had a very nice stay. The house is very clean and well equipped. Great value for money.

“It really is a castle!” was the response of the travel companions. And that's for sure! Beautiful location, clean, lovely sturdy beds and very spacious (bath) rooms. Plenty of space to sit, play games or get a breath of fresh air outside. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of crockery so that not every person can use a piece. What I personally liked is that each room has the option to open 1 or more windows. This keeps it wonderfully fresh on slightly warmer days. In the villages nearby, there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants. Enough offer to pick up your belongings on the spot. Check-in can be done digitally at your own time. Wonderful.

Sure – here's a suggestion for your Airbnb review: ⸻ We had a great stay at Birgit's! The house was perfect for our family – even our dog felt completely comfortable. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, superbly equipped – we felt right at home. We used the sauna every day. The only small downside: the distance to Gold for kitesurfing was a bit further than hoped - but everything else more than made up for it. Birgit was very warm, helpful and approachable at all times. We will be happy to come back!
