Everything has been restored to the architect's original design from 1961, including newly upholstered B.M. furniture, wood on walls and floors, large terraces, brand new kitchen and nice bathroom. Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse yourself under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house will be fully renovated by early July 2025.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.

From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family.
