Vacker 2a med skön trädgård centralt

Välkommen att semestra i Skåne! Lund ligger bra till med närhet till många besöksmål; museer, parker, naturreservat, restauranger, stränder (den närmaste ca 10 km) och mycket mer. I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Orangeri, hela boendet, någon minut från Lund C

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (6 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Ny och fullutrustad etta med balkong och allt som behövs för att kunna bo där, jobba hemifrån och laga mat. Tyst och familjevänlig område, i närhet till en stor park med Lunds finaste utsikt, samt ett par minuter till buss, Coop. 10-15 minuter med cykel (som vanligtvis finns tillgänglig) till Lunds Centrum.
