We spent two summer weeks in Majbrit's wonderful home, and could not be happier! The apartment is large and airy, with big windows, a well stocked kitchen, spacious terrace, large barbecue and lush gardens on both sides of the house. A great place if you have kids! Majbrit has relatives who live in other apartments in the house, one in the basement and one on the 2nd floor. They were both very pleasant and helpful. The location of the house is fantastic! You live right in the center of Hellerup, but it is quiet and peaceful. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach, and a 7-minute walk to Hellerup train station, where you are two stops away from the center of Copenhagen. From Hellerup it is a short distance to beautiful beaches, art galleries, restaurants, parks and shopping. Majbrit is a fantastic host, welcoming and sweet, flexible and helpful. She responds quickly and helps you with everything you need. We highly recommend Majbrit and her home, we will be mote than happy to return:)

We were two couples who stayed there for two nights, and it was absolutely perfect for us. After the days in Copenhagen and Helsingborg, we arrived in this leafy and pleasant residential area and relaxed. We took walks in the evenings, and besides the nice well park, it was cozy to just stroll around the neighborhood with large deciduous trees and an exciting stone labyrinth! The soundscape here is also pleasant and relaxing: Children playing, laughing and kicking a football are accompanied by the dialogues of the jackdaws. We also saw that the nearest neighbor makes so-called Dim Sum, Asian steamed side dishes for pick-up. Now we had our own food so we didn't need to, but maybe a tip for someone else. There were also a couple of books about the history of Helsingborg and a road trip book about other sights in Skåne. You'll be eager to come back. Unfortunately, the host couple was not home during our visit, but everything worked perfectly anyway. Highly recommended!

super nice with everything to use in cabinets and drawers. only minus was that you had to go through a room to get to the toilet. but all in all super good, nice quiet surroundings. lovely terrace. lovely rooms. good communication with the landlord.. worth the rent.

Came back to stay second year in a row. Truly a gem. Really great location for the whole of the island. Pretty much everything is 15-40 minutes away if you have a car. The house is amazing, yard spectacular. Søren and Line are so very helpful and always quick to respond. Really well furnished with all manner of cooking utensils and great BBQ. We highly recommend staying in their lovely home.

Bo was a fantastic host and the place was a true gem. We especially loved the garden area with barbeque. Highly recommended!

This was our fifth trip to Denmark and the Copenhagen area. This villa and this host were the absolute best experience thus far! The villa was immaculate and very private, our granddaughters loved the hot tub and the garden with the trampoline. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing and beautifully located. The pictures don’t do justice to how architecturally stunning it is. The garden which connects to the lake allows for swimming and boating. Furthermore, Copenhagen is a short drive away. Overall, Camilla, the host, was very accommodating with our arrival and made numerous suggestions for activities. I would definitely recommend this AirBnb!

We really enjoyed this lovely private property with plenty of outdoor space, spacious home well equipped with modern kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach and 25 min drive to Copenhagen. Mariann and Poul were very responsive and helpful with our every concern. We had a great stay!

Lovely family home to stay in with a nice garden for the kids to play in. Also close to the beach and easy to get into Copenhagen. Perfect location for a family city holiday combined with beach life.

This house is amazing - this is an incredibly special AirBnB stay. You have a 200 degree water view from the master bedroom, with - during the summer - the sun setting on one horizon and rising on the other, and you can watch both from bed! Just incredible! The kitchen and bathrooms are generous (much bigger than typical Danish summerhouses). Gillileje is a 10-15 minute walk from the house with shopping and great restaurants and the harbor and grocery stores and everything you need. The host - Betina - was outstanding: very communicative and responsive and provided ideas of things to do locally. Everything was perfect!

This is the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It is an absolutely incredible house with a stunning garden. The technology built into the house really makes this one very special and the view is so beautiful. Even though we were in a street close to other houses we felt completely secluded which was very peaceful. We would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful place to stay and recover after a long day in the city. Easy to get in and out of the city center via the bus or bike ride. Then a beautiful home to relax in the evening. Thor was a wonderful, thoughtful and responsive host. Wonderful stay!

Our second and again very nice stay in this lovely house. Bright, friendly, lots of rooms, and a nice conservatory. Perfectly located with walking distance to the city center. And great hosts!

Great home for a large group. Quiet suburban area. One block from bus station. 1/2 hr to downtown. Mads communicated promptly when we had questions. We were very pleased.

A peaceful home less than one hour of Copenhagen and near of the sea. It was a lovely place for our family. We’ve some nice trip around. Particularly the Louisiana park and the Karen Blixen’s museum.

The Blue House was a great for 7 adults and a 6 year old. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. We enjoyed sunny mornings on the deck looking at the sea, beach combing, and relaxing in the sauna. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Photos of the living areas did not do them justice. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking family meals and baking. We appreciated the communication and a late checkout was really helpful. We would return.

We had really enjoyable stay, nothing to complain. Really nice surprise was when we arrived, that there was something for us in the fridge. This is lovely home, and Caroline is wonderful host, always fast responding and friendly. Thank you!

good opportunity for families who want to spend their holidays in Denmark, without going abroad. with pool, sauna and hot tub. As well as the beach is nearby. Hope others enjoy the cottage.

Communication was very pleasant and fast. Marie-Louise and her husband welcomed us warmly, there was a bottle of bubbles and a snack ready for us. We also received a clear explanation of the equipment and the pool. The clean and spacious home is located in a peaceful environment, just what we were looking for. The town of Helsingborg is about fifteen minutes away by car, the city has plenty of shops and a shopping mall. But also attractions such as a cathedral and a castle. In short, the house and the area is highly recommended!

The house is truly unique on Airbnb, and we were fortunate to secure one of the rare time slots available. The house and farm are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Bjørn and his family were very kind and supportive hosts, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. We had a fantastic time exploring Copenhagen, Roskilde, and Helsingør, biking through the stunning landscape, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the evening sun on the terrace. Even the little rain we experienced didn’t dampen our spirits, as we enjoyed the cozy and charming interior of the house. To be clear: we would love to come back!

Everything was very good and nice

A dream place for big and small! We spent one week in Tobias and family's home and the kids of 7 and 4 loved the pool, the large garden with trampoline, playhouse, swings and soccer goals. Inside there are lots of toys that keep the kids rainy mornings. A great house, with Rema 1000 shop and hiking forest just around the corner. Nice lakes nearby. We arrived by bikes from Oslo, and cycled, among other things, from the house to Furesø bathroom, about 10 min away by car. Absolutely great set up for a family day with sun, swimming and activity. Tobias is a top host - generous, pleasant and provides a quick response. We had everything we needed - and more. Really recommend!

We rented the house to Christian and Malene for 10 lovely days with a family of friends. The house itself is beautiful - so much nicer in reality than on the photos! There is plenty of space, clean and has absolutely all the amenities we have needed, not least a fantastic coffee machine! The pool is both big, clean and warm. As your host, Christian is extremely helpful and service minded. We had most of the useful information ahead of time, but Christian responds incredibly quickly when we've wondered about something. Highly recommend!

We had another wonderful holiday in a very cozy and stylishly furnished house with pool. The area invites you to great excursions (forest with wildlife as well as one of the world's oldest amusement parks are within walking distance). The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and the contact with Helene and Christian was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!
