Unser schönes Landhaus hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen. Auf ca 190 qm gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit Terrasse und Lounge Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kaminzimmer und Sauna. Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet

Right on the bode with a view to a weir. The listed house has a fantastic location and is completely modernized. 120 square meters of living space. Shopping, restaurants, cable cars, climbing park, Harzer-Hexenstieg, Teufelsmauer and Bodetalherme are in the immediate vicinity. Terrace and 2000 sqm meadow property, ideal for families with children.
