Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

The apartment contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a small bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Charming house in the center of Marstal with a few steps to the shops, restaurants, harbour and the beach. The location is peaceful, yet close to everything. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. Beds and mattresses are new (July 2024). There’s a washing machine and dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, oven and stove, high chair for kids, duvets and pillows.

The lovely beach, Halen, with a jetty is only 800 meters away, perfect for a day of sun and sea. The shopping opportunities with small shops in the walking street and grocery shopping with bakery are about 1 km from the summerhouse.
