HISTORY SERENITY AND LUXURY A STONE 'S THROW FROM VENICE We welcome you in an apartment of new renovation, in a building intended for tourist rental with luxury and vintage finishes, located inside the original park of a Villa Veneta, in a beautiful monumental area of Mestre, quiet, safe and rich in greenery in a context that inspires meditation and serenity, a luxurious alternative to hotel excitement and tourist chaos. The historic center of Venice is easily reached by public transport in 20 minutes. Bus and train stops are 1-7 minutes walk from the apartment. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . The central station of Mestre can be reached in 9 minutes by car and in 16 minutes by bus. The motorway network can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting all the places of historical and landscape interest of the Veneto Region. The centers of Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, are easily reachable by train. Cortina D'Ampezzo can be reached by car in about 2 hours. The Riviera del Brenta can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The city center of Mestre can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; about 7 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants and all the services you may need. Less than 10 minutes walk away is the commercial area of the city with supermarkets and meganegocios. Villa Salus Hospital is a 14-minute walk away. The apartment of about 52 square meters of useful surface is on the ground floor, very bright, with access to a garden with porphyry pavement, flowerbeds and English lawn. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has an entrance, a large living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, with hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, sink, cutting board, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The living room is furnished with: an original Luigi Filippo fireplace in marble (which is not allowed to use), a two-step ladder with antique wrought iron parapet, a large round extendable wooden table, n. 5 chairs, a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a sideboard with TV, a stem lamp, a laptop station, set of two round tables, a trolley. Bohemian crystal chandelier and Mesmeri wall lamp by Artemide, antique white lacquered doors with glass. Floors in “cemenine” Fioranese. In the entrance there is a large mirror on the wall and an umbrella holder. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed padded with a container, a bedside table with reading lamp, a wardrobe with chest of drawers and two-door mirrors, a wall bookcase with doors, a crystal bedside table, a suitcase bench in oak stripe, a Mesmeri wall lamp and a chandelier ground in Bohemian crystal. The bathroom with French window is furnished: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with shower head and shower, lacquered furniture with shelves, object trolley, ironing board with iron, clothesline and hygiene accessories. The lighting is ensured by recessed spotlights and a spotlight on the mirror. The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The safety windows are from the company Schuco with glazing and built-in electrified Venetian curtain. The windows are equipped with wooden shutters. The rooms are illuminated with designer appliques. Floors and coverings are in fine porcelain stoneware and in "Cementine" by Fioranese Wi-Fi is free. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is scheduled from 3.30 pm to 8.00 pm. The timetable must be communicated in advance, at least one day before. After 20.00 it is necessary to agree the arrival time and a refund of €20.00 will be applied. After 22.00 there is a refund of €50. Before 15.30 it is possible to take possession of the apartment if there are no guests departing and if the time is agreed in advance. The guest must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking confirmation and must present an identity document at check-in. You must also pay in cash the amount provided for the tourist tax imposed by law by the Municipality of Venice; the host will be responsible for paying it to the treasury. Any access during the stay by the employees to the technical rooms inside the apartment will be notified in advance. At the time of reception, the staff will present the apartment to the guests and check with them the integrity of the equipment provided. Overnight stay entails the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the price of the accommodation. The 2019 rate from the first of February amounts to € 4.00 per person/day for the first 5 days - from 10 to 16 years of age the amount is € 2.00 - from 0 to 10 years of age the tourist tax is not due - as established by the Tax Office of the Municipality of Venice -. Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. The accommodation must be left free at the time to be agreed and in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are invited to leave the kitchen tidy, the dishes clean and the garbage packed. Upon return, the person in charge of the check-out will check with the guest the integrity of the equipment provided. In the case of breakages or subtractions, an amount equal to the repair cost or the value of the subtracted objects will be charged. Minimum stay is 2 nights Smoking is prohibited inside the premises Pets are not allowed The apartment cannot be used for parties and convivial parties. REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION If the guest cancels up to 15 days before the booked date, they will get a full refund. If the cancellation takes place up to 7 days before, the refund will be 50% of the nights and all costs. If it occurs within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival there is no refund. The lodgings can host a maximum of 4 people, and has been renovated respecting its real core: you can still breathe the genuine atmosphere of Venetian houses inside these walls, with a touch of refinement and originality The house is located on the second floor of a small building which is just 20 meters from the famous Rialto Bridge and a few steps from the characteristic fish and fruit market: the real beating heart of the city. I will personally welcome my guests and, though living not close to the house, am always available for any of your needs. The area has a lively bar scene and interesting shops. You can easily reach the main tourist attractions from home. A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. Have been rebooked because it's not a season yet. The place was a little closer to the beach, had its own parking space. The apartment had to be ventilated properly, but it was super clean. Otherwise ample kitchen equipment, good location and very good and committed service for questions. Only that there is no Wi-Fi (which is also transparent in the description) is a pity, but it is also clear in advance:) Definitely recommended for a vacation!

We are very happy that we chose this apartment. Excellent location, city center, near the central street, the sea is 3-4 minutes walk. The house is in a quiet place. The apartment itself had everything you need for your stay, household appliances worked properly. The air conditioner is perfectly cooled. A large terrace on the balloon. We lived on the 4th floor, always a free and impeccably working elevator made it easier for us to get into the apartment. The house is in a quiet place, a serene sleep at night did not bother. The host responded quickly to our questions via email. We are glad we chose this apartment. Thank you Alessandra-Interhome.

It is a beautiful penthouse with a very large roof terrace incl. Ocean view where you can end the evening perfectly. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, should you decide instead of on of the roof terrace prefer to lie by the sea. What we noticed particularly positively is the contact with the Hosts. We always got quick and good answers to our questions. We will be happy to come back here.

The place was clean, tidy, providing according to description, the kitchen is well equipped. Neighbourhood is peaceful, but small supermarket, bakery and also restaurants are not far away on foot. The place is not so easy to find, a drawing how to get there from the closest vaporetto station would be useful. Actually it is just opposite the bell tower (but it rings only at 8am). Check-in was friendly and helpful, we got some local tips and answers to all of our questions. Overall communication was done through the company/group, what was not always helpful and a bit slow, but at the end we got all the information we needed. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at this beautiful house was absolutely fantastic. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers plenty of space, and the decor is simply impressive – high quality furniture, dishes, and pans, all at top level. The cleanliness was spotless, so clean that you feel right at home. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious garage and the thoughtful technology – everything can be operated comfortably by radio. We felt extremely safe and absolutely like at home. The host was incredibly helpful, both at check-in and check-out. Everything was perfectly described, and the information provided was extremely useful. The location is another highlight: extremely quiet, right on the golf course, but still close enough to town and the beach, both of which are easily accessible by bike. It was the ideal mix of relaxation and accessibility. We highly recommend this house to anyone and come

Beautiful accommodation, well equipped kitchen and lounge/dining space. Three bedrooms each with their own ensuites that are modern and clean. Outdoor area, large private grassy area, patio with plenty of furnishings and BBQ. The local area, was peaceful and having the canal running opposite was wonderful to watch the boats going by. Communication with the owners was very easy via email and in person and they responded in a timely manner. Checking in and out was seamless, even allowing an earlier check in and checking out at 6 am. I would highly recommend this property and it was perfect for my family of 6 adults. My only criticism is that it was advertised having WIFI. However, there wasn't this facility, this didn't impact our stay but might for families with teenage children.

We really enjoyed staying at Green Village. Our house had loads of space and a very big garden. The whole ressort is very green and well mantained. We loved spending time there with the kids. Also the shuttle service to the beach was a big help! There was only one point that was negative: the kitchen didnt have enough utensils for proper cooking. We had only one giant knife (that didnt cut well anymore, had already issues cutting tomatoes). No cutting board, no eletric devices (like mixer, blender…), only one pan where all the food would stick on it. The oven was some “mix” of oven and microwave and both functions didnt worked properly, even after we checked for a manual online, as there were only 2 buttons at all with no explanation whatsoever. Would be easier to have a simpler machine and decide if oven or microwave. Anyways we would definetely recommend Green Village. Next time we come back we either wont cook in the house or bring a few amenities with us :) Communication was always very fast and uncomplicated.
