The vacation home is located on a natural plot of about 4000m², which stretches from the shore meadows at the Hagen Wiek to the Zicker Alps. The vacation apartment is located in the light-flooded attic. Through a small hallway you reach two bedrooms, the bathroom and the main room with kitchen-living room, dining table, fireplace and seating set. Adjacent to this is a large balcony. For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

With 3 modern bathrooms, you are well equipped, so that even at full occupancy there are never any bottlenecks.

"Sanddorn" Bungalow

In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden, there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "sunflower", where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 persons persons and are located on our invisible courtyard. A Finnish wood-burning stove sauna (25€) can also be booked additionally.
