Welcome in this spacious, quiet and self-contained part of home. Separate entrance with small kitchen/utility room with washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, and micro/combi oven, as well as induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), en-suite shower room, own living room with dining area for 4 and exit to own lovely covered terrace with cosy lounge area where sunsets can be enjoyed. Garden with, among other things, a hammock. 5 min walk to shopping, 8 min to the station, 12 min to beach and Forest

Charming annex close to beach and forest

The annex sits at the back of our garden, with a private entrance and terrace with outdoor furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. The annex is 100 m from one of North Zealand's best beaches and Espergærde harbour, where you almost experience the southern atmosphere with cozy cafes and ice houses. 100 m to the other side is the forest. We have a friendly little dog that also uses the garden from time to time.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Good starting point for excursions in North Zealand or a getaway to Sweden. Less than an hour drive to Copenhagen by car or train.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. I can highly recommend Anne’s quiet and cozy guest house situated across from a forest with many trails to explore and very close to amenities and train station. Anne has been so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Madeleine's house- it was very nice and tastefully decorated, we felt very comfortable immediately. Madeleine went out of her way to clear out all the cabinets so we had room for our belongings. Our kids had plenty of opportunities to play both indoors and outdoors. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our guidebook but that was not bad, because Madeleine wrote down so many tips in the area, which were really great! The communication was straightforward and always friendly - when we needed something, Madeleine came by again to bring it to us. We highly recommend the place!

We had a blast. We stayed only one night but it was enough to think about coming back again. Super nice location, calm, cozy and decorated with taste. You will enjoy a taste of a true danish summerhouse when you will sleep there with a view on a beautiful garden. Jonas and Emilie were reactive, welcoming and flexible. If you were in doubt booking it, don't and just go enjoy it !
