very good location, as several S-BAHN stops are within walking distance and even the city center is not far. all in all a great apartment

our 4 nights and the stay were very pleasant. Sascha's detailed descriptions not only helped - they are extremely accurate and helpful. The tranquility we enjoyed after long, fulfilling concert days was particularly surprising - nothing disturbed our sleep. It was sparkling clean, modernly equipped, tastefully furnished. And the immediate proximity to the city - all taken together: pretty unbeatable. The kitchen utensils equipment gets a special bonus! We are on the road a lot – there is more here than we usually find.

"Enthusiastic" was probably the word that was most frequently used during our stay. Quiet but central location, beautiful apartment, which I would move into immediately😉, friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful outdoor area. We thank you and have already planned the next stay. 😊

We felt very comfortable with Sandra and Pascal from the beginning. The apartment was exceptionally clean – even cleaner than many hotel rooms, which impressed us a lot. The beds were also immaculate, something you rarely experience. The apartment is equipped with many loving extras. The kitchen left nothing to be desired, and our highlight was the milk frother - so we could make delicious "premium" milk coffee in the morning, almost like in a café. In other apartments, basics such as dishwashing detergent or baking paper are often missing - with you, that was not an issue. There was a changing mat for our toddler, which was very practical. There was also a little toy, which I thought was great. I hope all guests will handle it with care and appreciate the extras. Even the volume of our child was not a problem. The apartment is spacious and cozy. We were very satisfied and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This was a beautiful place to stay, close to all of the action but private and away from the crowds. We loved it! The apartment is even prettier and more dramatic than the photographs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in Ben's apartment couldn't have been better! We didn't miss anything and we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is simply great, the location perfect. We would come back. Ben's co-host Jens deserves a special mention! Jens provided us with all the important information & was quickly available for questions. We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! We had a very good time in this really lovingly designed house. It is very quiet and idyllically located. The garden is really generous. Everything is very nicely decorated and you immediately feel comfortable.

We spent 3 nights here as a group and had a great, relaxing time! The house is cozy and furnished to a high standard. During the day, we were on the lake with the SUPs / kayak and in the evening we relaxed in the sauna. We had the best time here. You should know that the location is not well connected and you should have a car to get there/shop. But for us, that was just appealing and gave a real holiday feeling. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation is located near the city center, superbly equipped. Grade in relation to children, everything was thought of. Everything designed with a lot of attention to detail, we felt very comfortable and can recommend this apartment without reservation!

There were five of us in Julia's apartment to get to know Potsdam from here. There was everything we needed and as described. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and discuss our experiences and plans in peace. A nicely located apartment, very clean and functional. Glad to come back.

The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, the location to the city center perfect. The only downside: The supermarket next door was supplied from 6 a.m., so our days started quite early... The contact with Sebastian was great! Everything invites you to come back.

A truly charming old apartment that was simply combined with modern furnishings. Great color concept that runs like a red thread through the apartment. Since we were only there for 2 days, we mostly stayed in the kitchen, which captivated us from the beginning. The apartment is very clean . The city center is within walking distance and Shopping opportunities are plentiful "almost around the corner". The communication was great, clear instructions, so there is no need to ask where to find something. Simply great. In the apartment you immediately feel comfortable, very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Rarely slept so well in a stranger's bed. The kitchen is well equipped, had not missed anything while cooking - everything you needed was there. Everything was picobello and very clean. The location is very quiet with nice neighbors and the location was ideal for our excursions, and shopping is within walking distance. Parking space is practically at your doorstep. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and also well maintained and clean. The location is good, even if there is not much going on around it, you can quickly reach many great corners from here. The balcony is sunny and protected by the chestnut tree. Loved it. We would recommend the apartment to our family and friends.

Great to place - well designed, had all ammenities, plenty of space, close to public transportation, supermarkets, cafes. Ollie was very accommodating with my arrival schedule. I felt very safe there. A place to keep!!

A very nice apartment with a great terrace. Good amenities, even in the kitchen. Very quiet location in the countryside, but very good connection with tram and S-Bahn to the city center (about 10 minutes driving time). We loved it, the next time we visit Leipzig we will book this apartment again.

The apartment is centrally located, the windows keep the traffic noise out. It has everything you need. The location is great and just opposite is the bicycle shop "Grupetto", where you can rent bicycles (best to reserve in advance) Restaurants and public transport are nearby.
