Nice, very quiet 2 room apartment in a unique park, overlooking the Hirschberg to the south. Bedroom extra, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and ventilation. Courtyard room for storing 2 bikes there. SUPs can be provided for a fee. Strandbad Kaltenbrunn 5 minutes walk away. Excellent location for activities in the Tegernsee valley. From Munich CENTRAL STATION via train (BOB) reachable in 45 minutes, stop in 5 minutes walk. Bus stop on the main road, 2 minutes away.
