Huge living room with modern open kitchen, huge sitting ensemble, huge table for 10 people. Very modern, great paintings and great interior design. BEDDING: Perfect condition for groups: There are 4 bedrooms (3 x queen size beds, 2 x single beds). BATHROOMS: 2 bathrooms (bath tub and shower). very stylish STYLE: fantastic interior design, charming rooms, huge billiard room in the cellar. TECHNOLOGY: Wifi-connection, TV, DVD, Hifi system, radio, dish waher, washing machine, dryer, ipod docking station LOCATION: right at Helmholtzplatz, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants just in front of the door. There is also a huge playground, a green field, table tennis and a basketball court.

Free internet access There is no washing machine but a laundry/cafe at Rosenthaler Platz, 3 stops, 5 minutes away by underground U8. The underground station is right behind the building.
