Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Modern, simple, Nordic decor with location on a quiet residential street within walking distance of trains, buses, Næstved city center, cafes, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for, e.g. business people, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the street outside the residence.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Søhulegaard farmhouse holiday

On our four-length farm, we offer a family stay with a focus on animals, good food, and tranquility. We have free-range hens, pigs, pygmy goats, rabbits with kids, cats, and dog. Everyone wants to be spoken to. We also run a farm shop with home brewed beer, bread and eggs. Possibility to buy breakfast - 75kr per adult 50 for children. Possibility to buy pizza evening, where we light up the stone oven and serve sourdough pizzas (100 kr). Feel free to let us know the day in advance.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment My apartment is both spacious and cozy – perfect for relaxing and working. You’ll have access to a fully renovated kitchen with a coffee machine, a large bed, and the option of extra bedding on the sofa bed. In the living room, there’s a desk, a large dining table, TV, free Wi-Fi, and small Bluetooth speakers. Public transport and grocery stores are close by.

Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and entrance hall. Small separate garden with a covered terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2. Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Spend the night in the stableman's old home, surrounded by peace and nature on a farm with plenty of space to frolic. Say good morning to the cows in the field, pick vegetables in the kitchen garden and greenhouse, enjoy the sun and play croquet in the garden or by the field, take a walk on the beach, enjoy the fire pit and enjoy the sunset with a drink in the garden.

This charming bright 14 m2 shed is undisturbed in a corner of our garden, right next to our house. You have peace and quiet and have your own private entrance. Enjoy the sun or lunch in the garden furniture on the large wooden terrace in front of the trailer.
