Villa holiday rentals in Næstved

Meget hyggelig og velindrettet bolig. Det blev et meget kort ophold denne gang, men kommer gerne igen :)

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 9 Tage im leider sehr kühlen und regnerischen Juni in der wunderschönen Doppelhaushälfte bei Camilla und Asger. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, originalgetreu renoviert und in klarem dänischen Design eingerichtet, sehr sauber und insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. 5 Personen hätten zum Schlafen gut Platz, allerdings ist das Bad sehr klein und als einziger „Raum“ noch nicht modernisiert. Für 2 Personen ist es aber „okay“. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Camilla, Asger und Kalle empfangen. Sie leben Tür-an-Tür mit ihren Gästen und sind daher bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Camilla war bereits vor Anreise sehr informativ und herzlich. Nyborg ist perfekt ans Radwegenetz angeschlossen und wir konnten einige Radtouren auf der sog. Herrenhausroute unternehmen und die herrliche Landschaft erkunden. Auch das südfünische Inselmeer ist von Nyborg aus gut erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft von Nils und Trine hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an in ihren Bann gezogen: Ein wenig war es aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten wie eine Zeitreise, zum anderen waren alle Wohnräume so unglaublich charmant, individuell und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben und gleich wie zuhause gefühlt! Für Kinder gibt es unglaublich viel Spielsachen sowie einen eigenen Bastel- und Maltisch, der wirklich unfassbar gut ausgestattet ist (für Insider: u.a. mit Poscas!!! ;) ). Unser Sohn war sehr begeistert und hat mehrfach gesagt, wie nett es von Elli sei, ihn mit ihren Spielsachen spielen zu lassen. Daher auch nochmals hier: Tak, Elli! Ungestört und in Privatsphäre lassen sich laue Sommerabende auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus verbringen. Niels und Trines Haus hat wirklich alles (auch bei schlechtem Wetter), was man zum Glücklichsein braucht: Gerne hätten wir das Haus mit nach Hause genommen und gegen das unsrige getauscht. ;) Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, wir haben die Zeit unfassbar genossen!

Vi havde nogle gode dage i Jonnys hus. God og hurtig kommunikation. Tre soveværelser med gode senge - vi kunne fordele os og der var ret stille trods veje lige op ad. Dejligt med brændeovn.

Great place — perfect for the family. Clean, with all kitchen amenities available. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, with the subway near the house, providing easy access to the tourist areas of Copenhagen. The host was always friendly.

Very lovely home. Everything was as it said in the info. Location was nice. Gitte was excelent host.

We needed a place to stay for six people for the weekend. Mostly for sleeping, breakfast and a little cooking on the arrival day. It met our needs very nicely. Jay was very responsive when we had questions. It was a great experience and we recommend the place.

Peter ist ein lieber und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Seine Unterkunft war richtig gemütlich und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus glänzt vor allem durch die Küchenausstattung und ist außerdem kinderfreundlich. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Dankeschön!

This is the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It is an absolutely incredible house with a stunning garden. The technology built into the house really makes this one very special and the view is so beautiful. Even though we were in a street close to other houses we felt completely secluded which was very peaceful. We would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful place to stay and recover after a long day in the city. Easy to get in and out of the city center via the bus or bike ride. Then a beautiful home to relax in the evening. Thor was a wonderful, thoughtful and responsive host. Wonderful stay!

We spent a wonderful week at Anne’s beautiful huge house. The hosts were very friendly, especially towards our kids and the communication was responsive and informative. The house is very spacious, clean, well equipped and situated in a great location directly at the sea. The water can be comfortably accessed by a bridge with stairs to a sandy patch in the water, while the beach itself has many stones and sea grass. Our kids loved the big lawn, the trampoline and the many toys available indoors. We were allowed to use a big gas BBQ, mountain bikes, SUP boards and kayaks. Even several life vests and wet suits were available. We can highly recommend the house and the hosts and would love to come back if we visit the area again.

Très belle maison à la déco soignée et très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de rangement. Cuisine hyper bien équipée. Literie très bien. La maison est bien placée avec un arrêt de bus qui vous emmène directement dans le centre de Copenhague, cette même ligne de bus vous ramène à l’aéroport en 10 mn. À proximité il y a également une plage avec structure bain de soleil où on peut nager et faire des sauts, très sympa ! On relouerai sans problème ici !

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Charlottenlund. The house is absolutely stunning and recently updated, with every modern convenience you could ask for. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, bright, and tastefully decorated, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the area. We loved how spacious and comfortable everything was. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals, and all the other amenities—fast Wi-Fi, laundry, and cozy living areas—added to the comfort of our stay. It had everything we needed for a perfect week. The location in Charlottenlund is peaceful and beautiful, yet still close to Copenhagen, making it easy to enjoy both the city and the more quiet surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Suzie’s home

The house is truly unique on Airbnb, and we were fortunate to secure one of the rare time slots available. The house and farm are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Bjørn and his family were very kind and supportive hosts, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. We had a fantastic time exploring Copenhagen, Roskilde, and Helsingør, biking through the stunning landscape, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the evening sun on the terrace. Even the little rain we experienced didn’t dampen our spirits, as we enjoyed the cozy and charming interior of the house. To be clear: we would love to come back!

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf in het huis van Maj en haar familie. Er was veel ruimte en licht, en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Er zijn leuke restaurants op wandelafstand, supermarkt is om de hoek. De keuken is heel compleet, koken voor een groter gezelschap is perfect mogelijk. Voor het centrum is er een bushalte om de hoek met vertrek elke 5 minuten. Maj was super vriendelijk en gastvrij, we konden alles vragen. Mange tak, Maj!

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende in der Villa – einfach eine rundum tolle Unterkunft! Das Haus war super gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Auch die Lage etwas außerhalb von Kopenhagen hat uns richtig gut gefallen – eine ruhige, schöne Gegend mit sehr angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich gut: schnelle Antworten, eine super freundliche Kommunikation und ein völlig unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sogar wegen eines kleinen Details (ein fehlender Wäschetab) nochmal freundlich nachgefragt wurde, ob wir dafür eine Entschädigung möchten – eine Geste, die wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, auch wenn wir sie nicht angenommen haben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

Jens was very friendly during our interactions, while I didn't get to chance to see him in person, he did arrange for a neighbour to show us around his home. Tiger the cat is a perfect holiday companion as well. Overall a great experience for my friends and I and will look into booking again if we visit the city in the future.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt! Das Haus war super sauber und mit allem erforderlichem für den Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön und das Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kinder haben den Garten und Pool geliebt. Kommunikation war 1A. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

This was a real pleasure to stay at Emilie’s personal house. Very cozy, light and warm atmosphere. This is a place you want to stay and perfect for families with children. 1 hour drive from Copenhagen. But you can have anything you want in the town too. And the house manual with recommendations for places around was really helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for staying. Happy we decided to choose a house with the yard in a quiet place instead of staying in Copenhagen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war großzügig geschnitten und bot ausreichend Platz für sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten, war vorhanden. Ein absolutes Highlight war die traumhafte Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer sowie der direkte Zugang zum Meer – einfach spektakulär! Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück waren mehr als ausreichend. Die Buchung sowie der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Der professionelle Anbieter, der das Haus verwaltet, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat all unsere Fragen innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein kleiner Tipp: Es lohnt sich, Fahrräder mitzubringen – so lässt sich die Insel wunderbar auf eigene Faust erkunden.

I sidste uge havde jeg fornøjelsen af at låne Gitte's dejlige hus. Husets var super fint, og med en planløsning som var lidt udover det sædvanlige. Indretningen var på alle måder gennemført, men stadig meget hjemligt og hyggeligt. Haven lå helt ugenert uden larm fra trafik eller naboer, og med fin lille anlagt sø og sauna. Gitte var rigtig sød og meget imødekommende og hurtig på tasterne. Så trænger man til et ophold med luksus og hygge, så kan jeg godt anbefale at besøge Gitte's bolig.

Et drømmested for store og små! Vi tilbrakte en uke i hjemmet til Tobias og familien, og barna på 7 og 4 elsket bassenget, den store hagen med trampoline, lekehus, husker og fotballmål. Inne er det masse leker som oppholder barna regnværsmorgener. Et flott hus, med Rema 1000-butikk og turskog like om hjørnet. Fine innsjøer i nærheten. Vi kom med sykler fra Oslo, og syklet blant annet fra huset til Furesø bad, ca 10 min unna med bil. Helt supert lagt til rette for en familiedag med sol, bad og aktivitet. Tobias er en topp vert - raus, hyggelig og gir rask respons. Vi hadde alt vi trengte - og mer til. Anbefales virkelig!

Es war der perfekte Ort für ein schön verbrachtes Silvester. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz, einen tollen Pool mit Rutsche, eine Sauna, Whirlpool, eine super ausgestattete Küche, mehrere Schlafzimmer und sehr bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful few days in Daniel and Cecilie’s home. We had a family wedding to attend in nearby Roskilde and the house was just what we needed for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house is beautifully furnished, lots of art and design and there is a huge amount of space inside and out. It’s very much a home from home, well equipped and peaceful. We found it a good base to visit Roskilde and Copenhagen with great transport links (buses run very frequently with stops a couple of mins walk away) Daniel was very responsive throughout and was flexible with our check out time.
