The 60 m² apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people and bathroom is located in a separate part of our house with private access. A stork nest visible from the terrace allows the observation of a pair of storks year after year. In your 250 m² garden you can get one egg per person from the chickens every day! Seasonally, the garden also gives you apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, hazelnuts, elderflowers and various herbs.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

COUNTRY HOUSE IN BERLIN BACON BELT

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. We offer our attic apartment in tranquil Tietzow in the Berlin countryside for rent. Right next to the private stable is the tastefully furnished apartment on the second floor with an open staircase and large balcony. You can hear the horses snorting and the birds chirping, but also the morning sounds of stable work. The quiet street leads directly to Lake Riewendsee with its swimming area 2 km away. A restaurant is within walking distance. One of the most popular cafés in Brandenburg with a bakery is about 4 km away.

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
