It is a 32m² apartment in probably the oldest house in Trento, right next to the church. It is newly thatched in 2019, and despite numerous construction activities in the past centuries, it largely retains its clay-building charm. Newly installed insulation made of jute hemp fibres. The Vieregge estate house was restored in 2010 (all rooms breathe through clay plaster) and renovated in 2021 and extended on the southwest wing. It is located in a quiet natural environment in a large garden about 300 m to the water/harbor. The southwest wing, with its 124 square meters +terraces, has plenty of space for up to 10 people. Ideal for families, friends and retreats. Nothing for party crowds!
