We offer direct beach access to the Great Jasmund Bodden for relaxing walks and activities such as fishing or cycling. Highlight in summer: The Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek, which can be reached from us in a short distance. For children there is a petting zoo, ponies and alpacas, as well as a playground and bouncy castle. Dogs are welcome here.

It has its own entrance over the large terrace and from there a beautiful wide view over the 12000 sqm plot. The 60m² house is divided into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which impresses with its historic beams. On the ground floor is also the spacious shower/WC. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.
