Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully designed and bright flat is located in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. Perfect for both work and leisure travelers, the flat is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Situated in a lively area with trendy bars and cafes just around the corner. 2-minute walk to Sonnenallee S-Bahn station and next to a direct routes to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Berlin Brandenburg Airport just 15 minutes away by car.

Upcyceled-Studio-Atelier-Loft

Integrated into Berlin's neighbourhood life, our former photo studio/gallery is a small cozy studio apartment on an equal footing with the Neukölln cultural environment. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and closed, so you can rest from street life. It is equipped with a bunk bed (160x200cm lying surface), a sofa bed (120x200cm) and mini-kitchen (two cooking surfaces, small fridge, kettle, pots etc.) a table with three chairs and a sitting area.

5th floor modern super bright open concept flat. Renovated in 2025 and is both cosy and stylish. Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scene and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min. Rate includes 7,5% city tax. If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.

4th floor with elevator Charming, fully equipped apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg Behind a green vertical garden façade, this stylish single apartment offers hardwood floors, a balcony and a bathtub. Just steps from the canal, cafés and restaurants. Kitchen: SMEG toaster, KitchenAid blender, pots, dishes, spices, oil, foil, etc. Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bubble bath. Medium-firm mattress—may not suit very soft sleepers.

Not to mention the stylish bathroom with a luxurious rain shower, that can keep up with any boutique hotel! The king-size bed will give you a good night's sleep. There's an elevator in the building, and shopping facilities as well as the underground and S-Bahn are right outside the door!

Quirky, cosy flat in Neukölln

Quirky, cozy flat in Neukölln. Located in an Altbau with high ceilings. I took inspiration from tiny houses to design the layout. The king size bed is in a wooden mezzanine - and there's a large comfy couch. There's a small sit-in kitchen with the usual amenities (no freezer though sorry) a small work desk and a typical Berlin tube bathroom with a shower. You'll also have access to a shared rooftop terrace—ideal for enjoying sunsets .

Cozy 2-room apartment (48 sq m) located on the 1st floor in the beautiful old building in Rixdorf, Neukölln. Being located in the near of the main street, the apartment is very quiet because all the windows are faced to the inner yard. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. There is a double bed and a folding sofa for two guests extra. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The flat has a spacious living and kitchen area. It is newly renovated and decorated with a lot of heart for detail. The modern bathroom has terrazzo flooring and a walk in shower. There is a 160cm wide bed in the quiet bedroom for two people. To accommodate a third person there is a comfy 100x200cm couch in the living room.

The apartment was first occupied in 2022 and is equipped accordingly. Directly across the street is the Lessinghöhe green area. The house's communal garden offers deck chairs and a fire pit. The apartment is located not far from the Karl-Marx-Straße U-Bahn [subway] station (150 m).
