A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The apartment Kogge16 was completely renovated in 2024. It is located on the 4th floor (elevator) in the house Die Kogge. The bright one-room apartment has a large balcony overlooking Norderney. In the living/sleeping room, next to the dining table and the fitted kitchen, there is a box spring bed and two armchairs. From the hallway, you enter the new bathroom, which has a shower with a flat entrance, a sink with a cabinet, a toilet and a towel heater.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
