The high-quality equipped apartment on the 4th floor, west view to the sea, is equipped with a box spring bed, comfortable sofa bed, dining table and ample closet space. The huge terrace, which runs around the apartment and partially covered, offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. A modern equipped bathroom with rain shower/toilet, the indoor swimming pool with sauna on the ground floor, elevator and an optional parking space in the yard of the building complete the comfort.

Directly on the sea and the seafront. High up above the island on the 12th floor. Norderney doesn't get any higher. Fantastic views to the east over the whole island and to the lighthouse, as well as to the sea to the north, which is right at their feet. Wheelchair accessible. Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!
