Die erhöhte Terrasse ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet & durch einen Strandkorb & die Glasbedachung vor Regen geschützt & sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist ca 35 qm groß, wirkt aber durch die zusätzliche ca 12 qm Terrasse viel großzügiger.

Die Fähren nach Juist, Norderney, Baltrum und Langeoog sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Meer ist von uns aus kaum 1.200 m entfernt. Frische Seeluft ist also inklusive. Von der Terrasse aus lassen sich atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.
