Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. Es gibt neben dem entspannten Schlafzimmer ein großes Arbeits-/Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit eigener Tee-/Kaffeestation , was im Eingangsbereich integriert ist. Eine große Terrasse mit Sitzbereich bietet Raum für Entspannung. ACHTUNG: Eingangsbereich wird passiert und Küche wird geteilt.

The lower apartment "unnen" impresses with direct access to a spacious garden and a wonderful terrace with a magnificent view over the island. Relax and spend exuberant time with the family - all this is possible here on the idyllic North Sea island.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

Feel welcome in the Kobel. Get back in harmony with nature at this incomparable retreat. Kushle goats, breathe fresh North Sea air and look into the vast expanse of the Frisian fields while showering. Just enjoy nature, take a bike ride on the dyke or visit one of the nearby beaches (7.5 km away). You can see the Westerhever lighthouse when you stand on our dyke.
