The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a several kilometer long sandy beach, borrow a bike from us to take a trip here! Abbekås has a lovely harbor with a bathing jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.

A nice little house located in the south of the most beautiful parts in Skåne. You get your own little house with a small kitchen and bathroom, two separate beds and you also get a very light and cosy living room with a studio feeling. Just across the road you will find endless woods to walk in. You also have 10 minutes drive to the nearest lakes Sövde and Snogeholm where you also find beautiful paths to walk. The closest little town is Blentarp where you can visit the local restaurant.

Till gästhuset är det två separata ingångar. I Skivarps by finns ett anrikt Gästgiveri på promenadavstånd. 4 km bort finns en av Skånes finaste stränder, Mossbystrand. På samma avstånd hittar man Abbekås med möjlighet till bryggbad och Bongska huset, restaurang, café och bageri, hundar är välkomna in.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

We are 5 kilometers south of Skurup on a farm. In the apartment, there is an oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and Kitchen accessories, bed linens and towels are included.
