Large bathroom with shower and small guest toilet with washing machine. Open kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove and garden doors to the terrace. Swimming pool and tennis courts open from April 1 - October 15. CAN ONLY BE BOOKED BY PERSONS OVER 24 years of age.

(Strømforbrug ca 20kr/40minutter) Udebruser ligeså (hvis frostfrit) Huset ligger centralt på vandsiden af Rørvigvej. Turen til den skønne sandstrand går ad Porsevej og gennem sandflugtplantagen. Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 181 m² med plads til 10 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard, bordtennis og bordfodbold - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Herudover 5 rummelige soveværelser samt et fuldt udstyret køkken. Naturoplevelser i topklasse med 300m. til skoven og 2 km til Danmarks bedste badestrand. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

Cottage with outdoor wellness

Hverdagens puls falder fra det øjeblik I ankommer. En blanding af badehotellets charme og udendørs wellness med plads til både udeleg og mad over bål. Huset er bedst til 4 personer, 5 personer kan dog godt gå 😊 Tag til Rørvig Havn og fang krabber eller gå en tur i solnedgangen langs stranden der ligger 20 min. gåtur væk. Vand er inkl. i lejeprisen. Strøm forbrugsafregnes efter endt ophold med 4,85kr pr. kWh. Både vildmarksbad og sauna er på el. I skal selv medbringe sengetøj og håndklæder.

NO PARTIES IN THE HOUSE!!!! The house was built by the host himself in 2020. Fences have been set up against the path until the hedge has grown, so you can stay undisturbed in the small cozy garden. The house has a modern Nordic decor - with lots of board games & a cottage atmosphere. Hyggebo 250 m from the most beautiful beach

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Med 700 m til strand kan du nyde roen i vores dejlige sommerhus, som ligger på en stor naturgrund med langt til naboerne. Her er en 100 m2 terrasse med mulighed for at nyde naturen, se dyrelivet, spise ude, grille etc. Her er 1,5 km til Nykøbing med restauranter, flere indkøbsmuligheder og butikker. 5 km til hyggelige havnebyen Rørvig med restauranter, ishuse og krabbefiskeri Huset er ideelt til to familier da soveværelser ligger adskilt. Lej ladcykel til 4 børn eller almindelige cykle.

Make some wonderful memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located overlooking the Sejrø Bay and 100 meters direct access to a child-friendly sandy beach. The house is located on a natural plot and was completed in early 2022. The house can be rented together with our other house, with a total of 15 beds. The houses are 100 meters apart.
