In the middle of the Spreewald, we have restored the former cowshed with Heulager in cooperation with regional craftsmen, paying attention to sustainable materials and, if possible, reusability. The loving furnishings, wonderfully green meadow with old fruit trees and the access to the Spree from our jetty, are a retreat to relax but also a starting point for being active. You will feel at home in our comfortable, newly and modernly furnished rooms in a quiet, natural location on the outskirts of Bautzen. The apartment is fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. 2 bedrooms are connected by a connecting door, so one of the bedrooms is only accessible via the other bedroom. TV and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.

The clay house is located in the heart of the Spreewald in the scattered settlement Burg - Kauper. It is like an island - surrounded by biotopes, wetlands, the high forest (800m away) and is therefore an ideal starting point for excursions on foot. The weekend prices are increased with us. You can experience a very special overnight experience on our historic threshing machine. With a lot of love for detail, we have preserved this old agricultural machine from falling apart and transformed it into a cozy accommodation. The small sleeping cabin accommodates two people. Enjoy the view of the countryside and look forward to fresh eggs for breakfast!
