In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg.
