On the loft, there is room for two people on mattresses. The lovely large living room and dining room are ideal for cozy evenings. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. 100 meters away is a small farm shop, and only 500 meters away is a private beach.

Beautiful cottage at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large, undisturbed garden with cozy terraces. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a dishwasher and a large American refrigerator. Heating is by heat pump and/or wood stove. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wood is available for the wood stove. The property is 100% fenced. There is a 500-meter walk to Roskildefjord and 5 minutes by car to good shopping opportunities. Electricity is charged according to consumption.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 181 m² med plads til 10 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard, bordtennis og bordfodbold - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Herudover 5 rummelige soveværelser samt et fuldt udstyret køkken. Naturoplevelser i topklasse med 300m. til skoven og 2 km til Danmarks bedste badestrand. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

Large cottage of 150 m2 600m from Roskilde Fjord

Stort familievenligt sommerhus på 150 m2 med flot have og plads til den store familie tæt på god badestrand ved Roskilde Fjord. Der er udsigt til Arresø. Huset er udstyret med alt hvad i behøver for en god ferie. Det er godt til en større gruppe eller en stor familie med mange senge. Vi bruger det til gode stunder med vores familie (har tvillinger fra 2014) og bedsteforældre, venner mv. Huset er bygget i 1996 (helårdshusstd), så det er godt isoleret, med centralt fyr og brugbart hele året.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

The house is located just 100 m from the fjord, where you can go for a walk or enjoy a swim.
