A charming three-bedroom property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the way to Bisserup, where there is a sandy beach and a local cozy harbor. An 80 m2 apartment with open living room and kitchen, wood-burning stove and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect to the old principles - windows of core wood (1809) painted with linseed oil, timber with dowels, paper wool insulation, straw roof, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are also important

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Idyllic farmhouse by forest and beach

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Stay in your own house on the island of Thurø in the middle of the beautiful, southern Funen countryside with the forest as a neighbor and close to the water. You can enjoy good beaches and hike in the island's forests and out on the beach meadows. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the old woodcutting workshop. The house has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to the garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Strandhuset

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, there are nooks and crannies, maybe a little bend. It's a house to live in.

The room has a private bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. Suitable for an overnight stay or two when you're on the go. Not a vacation home. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
