New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Ocean view Tiny House

Absolutely stunning beautiful location directly to Holbæk Fjord with Bognæs Forest in the backyard. Rich opportunity for lovely nature experiences. On the grounds there is its own shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cabin itself is set up as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds that are best suited for children. At Bognæs there is a very special atmosphere and you completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

Orø offers in season a variety of cafes and restaurants, a cozy mini zoo, playground, and child-friendly beach. The cottage is located at the edge of a small peace forest with birds and deer. Large lawn, surrounded by trees. Great to play and play ball on. There is a sun terrace with lovely sun loungers and a covered terrace that provides space for cozy activities. From the house it is 5 minutes to the water on foot to its own beach and 5 minutes by car to Orø's best and child-friendly bathing beach.

Lovely house with private garden 3 min from the water

Vores fantastiske sommerhus er perfekt for hygge og afslapning samt en børnevenlig ferie. Vi har en skøn opholdsstue med pejs, to soveværelser, et gæstehus for overnattende gæster, et moderne køkken og et badeværelse med gulvvarme og brus. Huset er indrettet i skandinavisk stil. Om sommeren kan du nyde have som er fuldstændigt skærmet for indsyn på, sidde på terrassen med sol hele dagen, grille og nyde udsigten, mens børnene hopper på trampolinen, spiller fodbold eller leger i legehuset.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

It sits almost at the end of a gravel road, on a bluff, with direct access to the fjord from the house. Oroe is about 1,5 hour’s drive from Copenhagen, and 1 hour from Roskilde.

Super cozy summerhouse on the northern tip of Orø

Retro the Swedish way. Peace and quiet 200 meters from the water in a very quiet small private summerhouse neighborhood on the north side of Orø. You will feel the calm lowering already when you wait for the small wooden ferry that in 5 minutes frees you to the island. The house is located on a large enclosed plot filled with fruit trees and berry bushes... 200 from the water.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. Cosy summerhouse with great view

Great place for the family to relax and wind down . Garden is playful with the wildness dominating while still allowing your family game time. Kitchen well equipped and every cozy corner of the house was enjoyed by ourselves and our teenage kids .

Wilderness bath l Close to water l Idyllic

The Cabin is very unique and beautiful. The interior is completely wooden. The house has three bedrooms . Two small rooms with 140cm beds and one big bedroom with 180cm bed. The house has an amazing hot tub, warming up the water by actual fire, the great smell of burning wood makes the whole experience even better. Please keep in mind that sheets and towels are not included but Sofie was very kind to provide that for us. We recommend Sofie as a host and the house as a great destination.

1st row to the sea on Orø

The place was excellent for us as a family with two small children. There is everything you need on site to enjoy your vacation here. The neighbors are extremely friendly. The sea is practically in the garden and is easy to walk on. On the island there is one or the other to discover, there are small restaurants or a zoo and the supermarket on the island has everything you need. A visit to Copenhagen is also easy to do by car. Christian was very friendly and always available and helped very quickly if there were any questions. It is truly a time to enjoy this beautiful place. Especially at the first sunset that you can enjoy on the couch. We would book and recommend this location again at any time.

We loved our time at Kalinka's lovely summerhouse and we felt at home right away. We have now stayed at the cottage twice and we have enjoyed it both times. We're already looking forward to the next time we're going to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
