Completely newly built compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of the center of Åhus. 15 minutes walk to the sea, and amazing environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to stay in a different home, with nice feeling and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for a surcharge. The pool is available June-Augusti. You have access to the patio with lounge area and dining table.

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, is located next to the main house to be rented, our second, smaller apartment, the "Alte Tischlerei". The apartment (approx. 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for e.g. a couple with a child is provided. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.

A cosy apartment in farmhouse, Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private separate patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skånegården is newly renovated over the past year and the guest house is a part of the farmhouse that also houses an artist studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also adorned with art from the studio.

Lillesky

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.

Note: The property is located next to the railway and at a road protection facility, which causes noise from each of them. Pet-free & smoke-free.

Östra Torp's old school has half-meter-thick walls and deep window niches that give an extra cozy feeling. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor with a view and small patio. The rental part is separated from the rest of the property and with a newly renovated shower / toilet.
