Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Cozy 1940s apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's treetops. Two balconies, one of which is a large, sunny, south-facing, flower-filled terrace with privacy. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Stay in Ystad's most famous landmark, the Old Water Tower. An exciting apartment of 176 sqm on two floors with a view of Ystad. The building's history is well-preserved and combined with trendy industrial architecture and decor. On the 4th floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, living room and toilet with shower. On the 5th floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. If you want to make your stay in Ystad an experience, you are warmly welcome!

Drängahuset

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Bed linens and towels are included. Possibility to rent a hot tub. One-time fee for filling water, SEK 600. Firewood for about 2-3 heating sessions is included, more firewood is available to buy if needed. We have another accommodation about 1.5 km away - see our ad Cottage House. Perfect when there are more than 5 people who want to stay close to each other. There is a possibility to rent bicycles to easily get between the accommodations (gravel road).

Välkommen till en mysig gårdslänga mitt i ett fantastiskt naturlandskap! Kom och bo på en kreativ kulturgård med odlingar, keramikverkstad, gårdsbutik & galleri. Vi är ett litet familjärt kollektiv som lever med våra två barn, katter, ankor och höns. Mitt bland ängar och skog ligger denna charmiga gårdslänga med tillgång till lummig uteplats, eldstad och bastu. Närmsta badstrand är Vitemölla 4,5 km bort. Vi erbjuder workshops/kurser med instrumentbygge, keramik, matlagning och örtvandringar.

Tulipa Guesthouse Apt. D

Tulipa Guesthouse ligger i den lilla byn Simris och är det perfekta boendet för dig som vill besöka vackra Österlen. Du har cirka 2,5 km till Simrishamns järnvägsstation och centrum och ca 2-3 km till havet. Du kan göra utflykter och besöka små pittoreska byar,gårdsbutiker,loppisar och kultur evenemang och det finns många bra restauranger på Österlen med god mat. Havet med sina fina långa sandstränder och det vackra landskapet omkring gör Österlen till ett av Sveriges mest älskade resmål.

Large and unique apartment located at the heart of Österlen. Here you have access to a newly renovated kitchen, a large living area and two comfy double beds. The apartment also hasa dining area and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and heating in the floor. Access to the apartment is private. Restaurant and café are available within walking distance. Please note that sheets are NOT included in the price. If you don't want to bring your own, sheets can be provided for 150kr per bed.

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Old school - Teacher's residence

Bo på vackra Österlen i Simris Gamla skola. Här får du njuta i Lärarbostaden där fina detaljer finns bevarade, så som kakelugn, vackra golv och spröjsade gamla fönster. Här kan du avnjuta goda middagar på två generösa uteplatser med grill eller inomhus vid ett rymligt matbord. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Simris är en gammal anrik by med trevliga promenadstråk. Det är cykelavstånd till Simrishamn och stränder.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Charming accommodation on top of the village country store

Here you live on top of the village's charming country shop with a large patio with a view of the rooftops and fields. There is also a private lawn for the property . The village of Bortmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5 km to the south. The ship-setting Ale stenar is less than a mile away and Sandhammaren with its dunes and white sand is still a few kilometers further east.
