Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Welcome to nice Rosenhill! Here you will find a charming angular bedding located in the Scanian countryside with hilly pastures and beautiful views. A home-cooked greenhouse has this year found home to the farm. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

Villa Hav & Hygge is a modern house located in the charming Österlen "the Swedish Provence". This is a place where loved ones come to spend time together, away from demands and daily stress, enjoying each others company. It's a place place where each season is celebrated in a memorable way with friends and family. The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

Maglehems musteri

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. An oasis with stunning views over the sea and Stenshuvud. Here you can hike in the surrounding nature reserve or easily reach the mile-long beach. You live in the old stone buildings with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large common areas with their own cinema and wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own cider house (Maglehems musteri) where we produce and sell our must, apple wine and calvados.

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

House by the sea on Österlen

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish home with large lush garden and views of Bornholm. Here is the opportunity for comfortable interaction for larger groups with the sea and Österlen's chalk-white beaches in the nearby. If you get tired of the hammock and book reading there is outdoor gym in the garden. Bicycles and paddle board are ready in the garage. Soccer field, tennis and padel courts are in the area. Bakery and farm shop are also close by.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
