Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Kivikshusen

Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind and family-friendly space. In scenic Kivik, you will find this unique home. Where city studio architectural agency created a unique village in Kivik. This must be experienced in place. Ocean view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio . In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/d. Only 800 meters away is the port of kivik.

Maglehems musteri

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. An oasis with stunning views over the sea and Stenshuvud. Here you can hike in surrounding nature reserves or bike 10 minutes to the kilometer-long beach. You live in the old stone meadows with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large living areas with your own cinema (projector and bio), wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own muster (Maglehem musteri) where we make must, apple wine and calvados.

Lansatorpet is a three-legged farm from the 1850s that is beautifully situated on a gravel road in the forest of Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the nearest neighbor. The forest is filled with a rich wildlife, wild rink, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry bumblebees. The bird song and foliage give the place a harmonious feeling. You're in the heart of nature!

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
