This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Open Fields Lugnet on the outskirts of Österlen

L-shaped house in wonderful leafy town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to ridge. In summer, there is a pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. BBQ area, parking, large green area and close to forest and land. Open space on ground floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

The Castle - Täppet Åhus

Åhus has most of it to offer during summer, Beach football - Beach handball, world class sandy beaches and restaurants and bars so that's enough. The accommodation at the Castle is located about 1,5 km from Åhus Seaside and the beach in an extremely quiet area on Täppet. The house has generous areas with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patios, outdoor kitchen, conservatory, pool etc. There are 4 beds (width 120, 140 & 180 cm) but sleeping for up to 10 people with extra bed/mattress/sofa. The pool is of course heated to 28 degrees.

Completely newly built compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of the center of Åhus. 15 minutes walk to the sea, and amazing environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to stay in a different home, with nice feeling and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for a surcharge. The pool is available June-Augusti. You have access to the patio with lounge area and dining table.

Du når snabbt Öresundsregionen; Malmö (80 km) och Köpenhamn (110 km). Skåne bjuder på mycket av aktiviteter, kultur, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och inte minst, god mat.

We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
