The spacious, beautifully furnished house and the spacious well-kept garden were ideal for us and fully met our needs. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful summer weather and enjoyed the time. David is a very friendly landlord, we felt well informed. He responded very quickly and comprehensively to questions. We will be happy to come back.

Our light-flooded house is in the best location and at the best price in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes by car north of Berlin. You can reach your destination from Berlin central station in just under 90 minutes by public transport. Hiking/cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Game Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golf, paddle, swim in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. Since it was just in the final phase of construction, there are no real photos yet, but the studios are really nice :)

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this one with the number 7/2 in the spring of 2021 and YOU can come. The small vacation home has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace to the south-east side, which is covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

I spent a wonderful weekend with my friends in the lovingly furnished holiday home. We had a relaxed and all-round beautiful time. Nico and his family have designed the house with a lot of heart and a high standard of quality – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped (probably better than our own!) and left nothing to be desired when cooking. The spa area with sauna and hot tub was a real highlight and rounded off our wellness weekend perfectly. I would also like to highlight Nico's communication: always friendly, helpful and available at all times. Our wishes were all fulfilled - we could not have imagined it better. A clear recommendation - both for the house and for the great host family.

We were with a group of eight friends over an extended weekend in the beautiful, spacious house of Nicole and Jan. We had a very nice, relaxed time. Nicole greeted us very nicely and explained everything and gave us some great tips for restaurants in the area. We used the boat that is available to guests and were at the campsite with a swimming lake nearby, which was also very nice. The house has three terraces where you can sit and eat together. But you can also retreat in the house. Cooking and baking was no problem in the excellently equipped kitchen. Arriving by car is recommended if you want to shop in the area and have luggage. From Berlin, there is a good connection to Malchow (a pretty town), a few of us cycled from there. We say thank you very much and will be happy to come back!

The house and location were just perfect for our first small family trip with our 10 month old daughter. The garden is very cozy and being across the street from the lake was very convenient!! We enjoyed the ice cream from the Italian place, walked around the lake looking at the different birds and made a barbecue in the evening. We would definitely love to come back for a longer stay in the future :)
