In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

The vacation home is located on a property built with 2 residential buildings, enclosed with a fence. 100 m to the shopping market, 2.5 km to the Kyritzer lake chain, 22 km to Neuruppin, 20 km to the A 24 highway. Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for the price. 1 car parking space on the premises.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

All rooms are level and easily accessible with a wheelchair. Free Wi-Fi, 2 LED TVs with Netflix and Prime Video are also available.

Near Kleinzerlang, 1 km away, you will find a natural idyll in the colony on the Kleiner Pälitzsee with private beach access (150 m from the house). At the jetty you can also dock your boats and from there also optimally explore the lakes and then relax by the campfire or beach volleyball. Quietly located on a spacious forest property, the rustic, thatched Finnish huts offer the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area.

Our inexpensive cozy bungalow with terrace invites you to enjoy nice barbecues. A kitchen with electric stove, microwave and a bathroom with shower are also available. The living space is about 25 m² and is divided into 1 living room and 1 bedroom as well as kitchen & bathroom. In the immediate vicinity is a 1000 m² meadow which is ideal for various ball games or other activities. We can also offer you boat and bike rentals.

Due to its location on the edge of the forest and the green fields lake within walking distance, our bungalow invites you to absolute relaxation. But Berlin can also be reached in about 15 minutes by train.

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
