Moin! Willkommen in Papenburg, dem Venedig Deutschlands. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Anni“ befindet sich im Papenburger Ortsteil Obenende, direkt am Kanal gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und weitere Services sind im Umkreis von 1,5km gut erreichbar. Die ca. 50qm große Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahr 2022 nach KfW 40+ Standard gebaut und ist somit technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (Fußbodenheizung, Be- und Entlüftungsanlage).

The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
