Situé dans un quartier calme de St Maur, proche Paris, stationnement gratuit dans la rue, commerces à 5mn à pied, à 20mn à pied du RER A puis 20mn de métro les Halles Studio climatisé décoré avec canapé lit hyper confort, sommier à lattes, matelas épais, petit bureau, d'une cuisine équipée, coin repas, salle de douche Attenant à la maison principale où nous habitons, il est indépendant et bénéficie d'un jardin à votre usage. Non adapté pour les réunions de plus de 4 personnes. Pas de fêtes.

Charmant studio cosy pour 4 pers 1 lit double, un canapé-lit ,un lit parapluie. Cuisine entièrement équipée (Fours frigo,Cafetière ,TV (canal plus ,Netflix )Clim. SDB (douche et WC ) 4 serviettes à dispo ( gel douche non fourni) Machine à laver Accès à un salon de jardin. le logement est au calme dans une impasse, (Parc à 300m). A noter que je vis dans la maison attenante avec MYA adorable berger allemand A 10 mn du RER A (20 mn Paris) En voiture 20 min ,25 min Disney, 15 mins d’Orly.

Garden level with separate entrance from the garden side. Composed of a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, fridge, microwave and hob) as well as a large room of 21m² serving as living room and bedroom. The garden and its equipment (barbecue, table, deckchairs, ...) are accessible but can be shared with us. Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.

Son charme et caractère vous séduiront à coup sûr, tout en ayant le confort nécessaire pour votre séjour solo ou en couple.
